• Entry and exit time.
• Airline and flight number.
• Number of companions.
• Consent from the person legally responsible.
• Satisfaction feedback regarding the use of the spaces, including criticism, compliments and recommendations.

2. How do we collect your data?

At the moment of admission or service in the room, through digital registration on a tablet, after presentation of and consent to this privacy notice.

In the case of minors, data is collected through their legal guardians.

Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent from the user providing the information.

3. What do we use your data for?

• To identify users of the spaces and provide personalized service.
• To ensure security, service quality and attendance records.
• For statistical purposes and service improvement, always in an anonymous and voluntary manner.

• With Neurobrinq service contractors, exclusively for operation, auditing or monitoring of the contracted service.
• With public bodies and competent authorities, if requested by the contractor or required by court order.
• With technology providers such as Google Firebase and Amazon AWS, always in compliance with applicable law and security best practices.
• We do not sell or transfer data to third parties outside the situations described above.

• We use secure systems, with servers located in Sao Paulo - SP, Brazil.
• All data is encrypted during transmission and storage.
• Only authorized employees have access to the data.
• We provide frequent privacy training to our team.
